🐭 Meet Milo the Mouse
Milo the Mouse is a little fellow with a big heart, and his story is one of unconditional love and **adoption**. Though he is small and different from his raccoon family, Milo knows he is perfectly loved, teaching us that family is built on devotion, not just on sharing the same look. He embodies **worth** and belonging.
He spends his time exploring the hidden corners of the backyard, often helping Rory the Raccoon sort through his treasures or sharing a secret with Sophie the Squirrel. Milo is observant, clever, and sometimes struggles with feeling small, but he always returns to the truth that his adoptive family loves him completely, and so does God.
In every story, Milo reminds us that we are chosen, loved, and adopted into God’s family, and our worth is found in His perfect plan.

This verse is Milo's personal favorite, reminding him of his beautiful, chosen place in a loving family:
"...in love he predestined us for adoption to himself as sons through Jesus Christ, according to the purpose of his will." — Ephesians 1:5 (ESV)
Milo knows that, just as Rory's family chose him, God chose us to be fully and eternally His own.
🐭 Milo’s Story Corner
Milo was playing hide-and-seek with Rory the Raccoon and his cousins. He felt a moment of sadness when he saw how easily they blended into the shadows with their dark fur, while his light gray fur stood out near the oak tree.
Rory quickly found him and gave him a loving nuzzle. "Milo, you're the best hider! You can squeeze into places we can't even dream of!"
Later that night, Milo confessed to Rory's mother, "I wish I looked more like the rest of the family."
She pulled him close. "Sweet Milo, you were not *found* by accident; you were *chosen* on purpose. God planned for you to be ours, and we love you exactly as you are. Your differences are your strengths, and your heart is what makes you family."
Milo smiled, realizing that being chosen was even more special than just being born there.
