🐸 Meet Felix the Frog
Felix the Frog is the champion of **joy** and **enthusiasm** in the whole backyard. He’s a natural-born cheerleader who sees every lily pad as a stage and every morning as a fresh opportunity for celebration! Felix teaches everyone to find delight in the simple gifts of life and to embrace each day with gratitude.
He spends his time near the pond, often leaping and croaking happy tunes to Cosmo the Cricket and helping Daphne the Duck test the strength of the lily pads. Felix’s energy is infectious, and he’s quick to encourage any friend who is feeling down, reminding them that God’s love is the ultimate reason for joy.
In every story, Felix reminds us that the Lord has created this day for us, and the best way to honor it is to be cheerful and glad.

🐸 Felix’s Story Corner
A dreary, gray drizzle had settled over the pond for a whole day. Many of the animals were hiding, feeling grumpy about the rain. Milo the Mouse complained that the path was too muddy to walk on.
But Felix sat right on the edge of a lily pad, singing a bright, splashing song. He leaped high into the air, landing in a perfect little puddle. "What fun!" he croaked. "The Lord gave us this rain to make the pond full and the grass green. It’s a good day for jumping!"
Milo poked his nose out. "But... it's just rain, Felix."
"It’s not 'just rain,' Milo! It's God watering His beautiful creation," Felix chirped. "Every day has a reason to rejoice. Maybe today's reason is that the mud is perfect for squishing! Come jump with me!"
Milo smiled and took a careful hop into the puddle. Suddenly, the gray day didn't seem so bad after all, because Felix had chosen joy.
